The second face to face WAVES project meeting took place in Barcelona 28th August 2016 taking the opportunity that the AMEE conference, one of the most important conferences in Medical Education, gathered most of the WAVES Partners in this city.
This year, the Association of Medical Education in Europe (AMEE) organised its annual conference in Barcelona Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB),. The WAVES consortium, disseminated the project during the conference via an exhibition stand dedicated to the project and network.
The Kick off Meeting of the WAVES project took place on 9th June 2016 at St George’s, University of London. In attendance were members of the six Partner Institutions as well as three members from the Associate Partner Institutions: Université Nice Sophia Antipolis (France), Hôpital Cheikh Khalifa Ibn Zaid (Morocco) and University of Calgary (Canada).
